How much does it cost?
We charge planning fees for our Getaway and Essentials packages, reflecting the time and expertise involved in creating your experience. These fees are transparent and discussed during your complimentary consultation. Hotel-only bookings are always complimentary.
How does the process work?
We start with your trip design form, followed by a discovery call to understand your travel style. From there, we create your personalized proposal, refine it together, confirm all reservations, and deliver your final itinerary and travel documents. Then you're off to explore!
When should I reach out?
For most international travel, we recommend at least 4 months advance planning. For European summers and major holiday periods, 6+ months ensures you'll secure the best accommodations and experiences. For ultra high-demand destinations like Japan during cherry blossom season, we recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 9-12 months in advance.
Will I pay more if I book a hotel with you?
In most cases, our rates match what you'd find booking directly. When there is a difference, it typically includes valuable benefits like $100 spa and dining credits or guaranteed upgrades that exceed the price difference. If you prefer standard rates, we're happy to accommodate.
What if I have already booked my hotel?
Already have a reservation? We may still be able to help! Email us at waverly.middleton@fora.travel with your booking details, and we'll explore if we can add our benefits to your existing reservation. In many cases, we can enhance your stay with complimentary amenities without changing your rate.
